Guests will be escorted through the main kitchen to their private kitchen area where they will enjoy a 10 or 12 course all-beef menu at the chefs' table, prepared by our twin executive chefs, Michael and Jakub Budnik.
Each dish is carefully created in order to bring out the exceptional flavours from each type of beef. The exquisite menu can be paired with a carefully selected wine offer or our sommelier can recommend a selected number of different wines for each course. Guests will experience kitchen life and the open kitchen set-up allows guests to observe the preparation of each course and interact with the chefs. A dedicated private bar area and outdoor terrace area offer guests the opportunity to enjoy aperitifs before dinner or to enjoy a cigar after dinner.

CHEFS' SECRETS is available upon reservation only from Monday to Saturday evening and requires at least 2 days advance booking.
